Rev. Charles E. Price, Sr.

Rev. Price is a native of South Carolina, who honorably served as a Marine Vietnam veteran.  He has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 30 years and they have been blessed with two children and three grandchildren. 

He has trained in Martial Arts nearly 40 years and he holds a Fifth Degree Black Belt. 

Most of Rev. Price’s formal training was received from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. 

Rev. Price has been a member of Second Missionary Baptist Church since 1976.  He was ordained in 1992 under the late Emeritus Pastor W.W. Wright.  After faithfully serving as Assistant Pastor for seven years, Rev. Price received the pastoralship of the Second Missionary Baptist Church of Oceanside, California on September 17, 2000. 

Pastor Price is known as an expository preacher who emphasizes sound doctrine, faithful stewardship, evangelism and youth ministries. 

He also has been recognized by numerous organizations for his leadership abilities with the following positions:
